The Mid North Coast Cross Country series features a 2km, 5km and 10km distance starting from 9:00am each Sunday morning between April to August 2024.

This long-running family and community oriented series takes runners to beautiful locations along the Coffs Coast, including National Parks, headlands and beaches.

The Mid North Coast Cross Country is not organised by Coffs Trail Runners Inc. and is organised by Woolgoolga Athletics Club Inc.
